  • Change how you move. Learn to move with a lightness, grace and poise, by correcting your structure, increasing flexibility, strength and body awareness. Help alleviate some of those aches and pains.

Changing anything about yourself in a positive way takes time and there can be some discomfort as your body and mind adapts to the changes, but with expert instruction and achievable goals anything is possible.   • Breathing correctly, the powerful life-hack. You can last over 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, but only minutes without air! And yet few people put any effort into learning how to breathe efficiently or realise how the breath can be a powerful tool to create calm and even has the ability to affect your psychology and physiology.
  • Take some control back. Science has given us so much, we're living longer, healthier lives. But the NHS is struggling to cope and the responsibility for our physical and mental health is being pushed back on the individual. We can teach you how to use methods ancient and new so that you can take back some control over your health. I like very much the classes as I am very much in need of learning not only about tai chi but also how to do it correctly!
